Ensure smooth functioning of ER, IR and Administration

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

2. To Drive Communication Channels across organization

4. PMS System of Hourly Employees
5. Timely Manpower as per Requirement / Budget
6. Shop floor Employees Recruitment
7. Apprentices Management
8. Contractual Management Systems including commercial contracts
9. Employees Engagement and welfare Initiatives
10. Compensation & Benefits Management
11. To ensure compliance of HR Budget
12. To ensure Effective Systems in Time Office
13. Payroll & its related functions
14. To ensure Harmonious Industrial Relations
15. Legal Litigation/Inspection & Audits
16. Liasoning & Networking with Govt./Local Bodies
17. Induction and Training of Hourly Employees
18. Review of Administrative functions
  • Security
  • House Keeping
  • Contract Labor Management
  • Canteen management
  • Transport management
19. Organizing General Information sharing meetings
