Required - Bench Sales Manager
Job location – Mumbai & Delhi
Experience – Minimum 8 to 15 years
Salary – Upto 16 LPA (Can be offered by the client)
Work Timings- 5 days a week.
Job Description
 Responsible for managing the team of Bench Sales Executives & H1B Recruiters.
 Set clear goals and benchmarks for bench sales team
 Ensuring team is submitting candidates to verified requirements and also follow all the
process before submissions
 Maintain Daily / Weekly/ Monthly & Quarterly Performance reports and make
recommendations and come up with strategies on how to improve delivery as well as
the team performance
 Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT and CPT) with
Tier1 vendors /Direct Clients
 Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/ Direct Clients and understanding their job
requirements and finding matching profiles from existing bench team and market them
accordingly.
