Job location – Mumbai & Delhi
Experience – Minimum 8 to 15 years
Salary – Upto 16 LPA (Can be offered by the client)
Work Timings- 5 days a week.
Job Description
Responsible for managing the team of Bench Sales Executives & H1B Recruiters.
Set clear goals and benchmarks for bench sales team
Ensuring team is submitting candidates to verified requirements and also follow all the
process before submissions
Maintain Daily / Weekly/ Monthly & Quarterly Performance reports and make
recommendations and come up with strategies on how to improve delivery as well as
the team performance
Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT and CPT) with
Tier1 vendors /Direct Clients
Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/ Direct Clients and understanding their job
requirements and finding matching profiles from existing bench team and market them
accordingly.
