Required - US Recruiter (H1b transfers) / Recruiter for Bench Sales

Job location – Mumbai (Thane)

Number of Positions – 5

Experience – Minimum 3 to 8 years

Salary – Upto 9 LPA (Can be offered by the client)

Work Timings- 5 days a week.

Job Description

Search resources  mainly through references and social networking. 

 Screen and Interview all potential Candidates

 Negotiating with candidates to get the candidates at best possible rates

 Follow the company process at every stage of recruitment process

 Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

 Following up on the interview process status

 Regularly interact with the candidates till they are placed by Bench Sales Team and keep

them updated on the submissions.
