Looking for a Revenue & Reservations Manager

Candidate must have 5 years of relevant experience

Revenue

1)           Manage Online Travel Agents;

2)           Budgeting, forecasting, and pricing;

3)           Update rooms to sell in all online travel agency;

4)           Implementation of revenue strategies;

5)           Maintain revenue management systems and change rates accordingly;

6)           Administer all selling platforms to ensure top level content and conduct regular audits;

7)           Deployment of new promotions with marketing techniques;

8)           Preparing & Compiling Monthly Reports, Daily Production Report, Business on the books;

9)           Initiate promotion in order to generate business;

10)         Implement Revenue Strategies 

Reservations

11)         Manage Reservations Guest Agents and their day to day profile

12)         Manage complaints, Refunds and communication with OTA

Other

13)         Capability to manage a team and recruit new Reservations agents

14)         Excellent English written and communication skills
