Job Title: Senior Executive Recruitment
Position objective:
To manage & continually improve the quality & efficiency of Recruitment & selection process. To ensure all open positions are closed within agreed SLAs.
Job roles:
• Telephonically & personally interviewing the candidates
• Taking preliminary interview round
• Identify recruiting issues & resolve them
• Obtain references & carry out reference checks
• Adhere to all organizational policies & record activities on Project Management Tool
• Build & maintain relationship with various recruitment sources
• Create & maintain a database for staffing requirements
• Build the company’s professional network

Qualification: Graduate degree
Experience:
• 2- 3 years’ experience in lateral hiring (IT/BPO/KPO experience preferred)

• Experience with candidate screening & evaluation

• MS office proficiency
