We are looking for HR HEAD position 


Job Description

Talent Acquisition :-

- Analyze the Man Power Planning.

- Understand the need of potential employees in a particular department.

- Use the Job portals/ Social Media/ references to source the appropriate Candidate.

- Develop the adequate Selection Procedure.

2. Orientation and Induction Process

- Conducts orientation program to new employees.

- Maintain all the records of Personal of the company. Prepare structured HRMS Integrated data.

- Drive the joining Formalities by giving Appointment Letter, Policy Hand letter with the signature of Designated Top level Manager.

- Maintain Employee Database with a proper structure by using any HR software or Excel sheet.

- Provide Computer log in credentials.

- Provide accessible mail id.

3. Training and Development

- Organizing work related training within week of joining

- Addressing HR related feedback

- Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.

- Maintain records of training and feedbacks of training.

- Crisp presentation on soft skill and day to day etiquettes.

- Will be having trainee’s feedback process on every 30/60/90 days of interval.

4. Compliance Management:-

- Making salary, Prepare Payroll Structure and approved from HOD and Founders.

- Addressing all the allowances, reimbursements, LOPs, Payable Leaves, Set offs etc.

- Carefully deal with all the Legal statutory compliance like, PF, ESIC, TDS Deduction, and PT on monthly basis

- Keep in mind the deadlines of Payment of contribution in PF, ESIC and PT Challan.

- Maintaining Leave, late coming & early going records.

- Familiar with the Arrear process, Advance and Loan process.

5. Employee Engagement Activity:-

- Motivate Employee by creating lively and healthy environment.

- Brings new idea to conduct learning seminars to empower employees.

- Celebrate such Festive to impart the belongings and we feeling

- Arrange Corporate Retreats.

- Hartley Welcome new joinee by giving chocolates flowers and welcome note.

- Organize team building games i.e. potluck party, Group Riddles.

6. Performance Management

- Streamline the Performance of employees to integrate the work flow pattern with the organization objectives.

- Evaluation of performance of employees

- Give recognition to employee according to their performance.

- Find gap in performance of employee

- Schedule/ Arrange training according to need of employee performance.

7. Grievance Handling

- Maintain decorum at work place.

- Handle sensitive matters with a great care.

- Never overlook any complaint or problem of employee.
